Jizzax Organic breaks new ground in Uzbekistan’s livestock, meat and dairy industry. Jizzax beef is a highly marbled aged Black Angus and Hereford meat previously available only via overseas import.

The infrastructure of Jizzax’s agricultural complex includes fields for growing fodder crops, pastures for grazing, dairy and beef farms, a winter parking lot, a feedlot, milk and meat processing plants, a slaughterhouse, as well as a breeding and genetic center.
